FEATHER FLOATING ON THE WATER: POEMS FOR OUR CHILDREN
April 15, 2014
Winner of the 2014 Acker Award for Children's Literature. This unique anthology of vibrant, contemporary poetry by over 50 San Francisco poets, including Lawrence Ferlinghetti and current San Francisco Poet Laureate Alejandro Murguía, will delight and further the creative growth of children, youth, and adults alike. The book includes an appendix of 26 lessons for teachers and parents based on poems in the collection. The universal appeal of this collection brings poetry into focus as humanity's most heartfelt, insightful, and impactful mode of expression and inspiration.

THE CITY IS ALREADY SPEAKING, VOL. 2
December 9, 2018
"Poets are generally true believers. The attend and create event after event with little play, little approval and sometimes little audience. In spite of this, they show up, submit poems, sharpen their work and keep going. As San Francisco shifts and changes teh poets continue to describe and invoke for this city. Opinions may be different, memories different, but this city of poets will continue as long as there are poets here. And there are. In this series we celebrate the poets who organize and keep going."
Includes the poem "Geography Lessons" by Maurisa Thompson.
